Flowers in the Boardroom Book Design

So honoured to be asked to design and illustrate Flowers in the Boardroom by Vivian Yap. She spent 35 years in corporate leadership who's a former CMO who lived through boardroom decisions and real consequences. It’s a collection of real stories from 10 women including the author, who approached leadership when conventional methods didn’t allow them to shine.

The cover shows flowers making their way into a boardroom. It represents the softness women bring to an environment dominated by hard rules. This book is separated by 4 main pillars and each story is followed by a workbook section for self reflection.
